Hi, I’m erika:

For years, I ran on control. As a Registered Nurse working the floor, I was good in a crisis, which meant I got very good at overriding my own signals: skipping meals, powering through exhaustion, treating my body like something to manage rather than listen to.

Eventually my body stopped cooperating. Hormonal shifts, thyroid issues, a low-grade sense of disconnection I couldn't explain to anyone, least of all myself. I did what I'd tell any patient to do: I fixed my diet, I exercised, I tried to sleep more. It helped, some. It didn't fix it.

What actually changed things was learning to stop overriding my body and start listening to it, which meant doing the deeper work: the beliefs I'd built my identity on, the nervous system patterns that kept me stuck in high alert even when nothing was wrong. That's the work I now do with clients, and it's the reason I left bedside nursing to build this practice.

What I bring to the table:

I'm a Registered Nurse (BSN) with a Master of Health Administration, so the clinical side of your health- labs, symptoms, medical history- isn't a mystery to me.

I'm also a certified Integrated Health Coach, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Aromatherapy Specialist, which means we can go beyond the clinical when that's where the real work is.

Most health guidance stops at nutrition and movement. In my experience, that gets you about 70% of the way to feeling well. The other 30%, the part that actually makes it stick, comes from addressing the belief systems and nervous system patterns underneath. I built my practice around that missing 30%.

the healthE backbone:

  • Belief System

Our behaviors are rooted in our belief systems. We must take time to peel back the layers and understand the “why.”

  • Nutrition

Our minds and bodies are machines. What we fuel ourselves with directly affects how we feel and perform daily.

  • Mindset

Our body affects our mind, and our mind affects our body. We need to focus on both to achieve health and wellness.

  • Sleep

Sleep dramatically impacts our health and wellness. Quality sleep leads to rapid recovery, increased memory, and more.

  • Movement

Our bodies were meant to move. Half of Americans do not get enough movement throughout the day.

  • self-empowerment

You are in charge of your health and wellness. You have everything you need to succeed within you. It’s time to tune in.

Let's talk about what's actually going on.
